Property Condition & Documentation Policy
Northern Michigan Cleaning Collective is Licensed and Insured but operates with a core value of transparency. To protect both parties, our team performs a preliminary site walkthrough and photo-documentation of any pre-existing damages, hardware issues, or structural concerns before starting work. Clients receive immediate notification of any findings, ensuring clear baseline expectations for every project.
Tough Areas & Special Conditions
Commercial spaces often have high-traffic zones that require extra attention. We utilize specialized techniques for elevator tracks, heavy-use entryways, and breakroom surfaces to ensure these challenging areas maintain our premium standard. Please note that restoration of heavily neglected surfaces may require an initial deep-clean engagement prior to regular maintenance.
