Northern Michigan Cleaning Collective provides residential, commercial, move-out, deep cleaning, detailing, vacation rental turnover, and specialty cleaning services throughout Northern Michigan.
All services are subject to availability, property assessment, and scheduling approval.

Quotes & Pricing:
All pricing provided through the website, email, phone, or in person is considered an estimate unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Property condition

• Square footage

• Service scope

• Accessibility

• Additional requested services

Service Limitations:
Northern Michigan Cleaning Collective specializes in detailed maintenance and professional upkeep services. We do not provide:

• Hazardous material remediation

• Biohazard cleanup

• Mold remediation

• Large-scale post-construction debris removal

• Structural restoration services

Certain projects may require an on-site assessment before service approval.

Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe access to the property

• Securing valuables and sensitive items

• Ensuring utilities such as water and electricity are available if required for service

• Informing us of pets, hazards, or special conditions before service

 
Bedding & Laundry Disclaimer:
Bedding and linen washing services are available only when an on-site washer and dryer are accessible at the property.
 
Website Use:
Users may not misuse, copy, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to this website or its content.
 
Limitation of Liability:
Northern Michigan Cleaning Collective is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Issues resulting from unsafe property conditions

• Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control
